Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and styled in a comfortable manner, offering a good night's rest. Additionally, the property has a nice restaurant right in front and provides the convenience of private parking in a city where it's hard to find. With comfortable beds, fast WiFi, and a perfect location, the hotel meets a good standard.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although there was a bottle left behind the drawers that seemed overlooked. The air conditioning was a big plus in the hot weather of Merida. The price slightly exceeded my expectations given what I saw in the photos.

I felt like I was staying in a traditional villa right next to the pool. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and air-conditioned, which was a blessing in the hot weather of Merida. The hotel is within an hour's drive from Chichen Itzá.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful in organizing a tour to Chichen Itzá for us and even booked a taxi for our transfer to the next hotel. They were also kind enough to provide some sweet treats and decorations for our honeymoon.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, situated in front of Plaza Santa Lucia, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and close to the cathedral and Paseo Montejo where the Anthropological Museum is located.
